I spoke to the PBRA, and the memberships should be send out soon to the guys that has not received them yet, there has been a letter put in with some of the memberships that state about renewal for 2009, just disregard that the membership will be free next year to and will remain free for as long possible. If you have not yet joined them can do so at the track on race days.
